Roberto and Vincenza, the dynamic duo who have been satisfying customers since 1977.

Chef Roberto’s Olive Ascolane recipe hails from his hometown Ascoli Piceno in central Italy's Marche region which is known for its deep-fried treats. In this antipasti dish, olives are stuffed with a meaty filling, breaded and deep-fried for a truly delicious snack.
